Aligned Massage Therapy

I'm a massage therapist in the Scottish Borders qualified in Swedish massage, hot stones and pregnancy massage. I studied biology at university and have worked in various science-based roles since then. I have also been a support worker for Women's Aid and have volunteered as a mentor for One Step Borders. I love roller derby and previously volunteered as a referee. It was because of an old shoulder injury from skating that I found my love for massage. After many visits to various professionals to rehabilitate my shoulder, I eventually came across a remedial massage therapist who helped me hugely. Inspired by this, I went on to complete a diploma in Swedish massage with the Advanced Massage Techniques School, and I'm currently continuing my studies in sports and remedial massage therapy.
